If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Luxe Leisure will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and unused. It must be in the original condition with tags attached.
Sale item's are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
To process your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payments.
Unfortunately at this time we are not offering exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
